Location, Barbati - Corfu

Corfu, the northernmost of the seven Ionian Islands scattered off the west coast of the Greek mainland, lies parallel with Albania and Epiros in north Greece, and its northern tip a mere 100km (62miles) or so from the heel of Italy.

The resort of Barbati is nestled on the north-east coastline in the foothills of the majestic Pantokrator mountain, about 18 km north of Corfu town.

It is popular for its long stretch of pebble beach leading into the clearest of crystal-clear sea, with good tavernas and plenty of water sports available.
